Preparation

  • Combine the self-rising flour and plain Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl until a dough starts to form.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Divide the kneaded dough into four equal portions and shape each into a round ball with a hole in the center.

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the shaped bagels on the baking sheet, brush the tops with egg wash, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
