Main Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake baked and cooled
  • 16 oz stabilized whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 cups caramel sauce
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 5–6 Skor or Heath bars chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut cooled chocolate cake into 1-inch cubes for layering.
  • Layer half the cake cubes in the bottom of a trifle bowl and press gently to even out.
  • Pour half the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake. Let it soak in.
  • Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the top of the cake layer.
  • Sprinkle half the chopped toffee bars over the caramel layer.
  • Spread half the whipped cream on top and smooth to the edges.
  • Repeat layers: remaining cake, condensed milk, caramel, toffee, and whipped cream.
  • Finish with extra toffee bits and optional piped whipped cream topping.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Best made the day before serving to allow layers to meld. Try swapping toffee bars with brownies, Reese’s, or Oreos for a fun twist.
