Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  • Gently fold in the butterscotch chips using a spatula.
  • Transfer the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly.

Baking

  • Sprinkle some extra butterscotch chips on top, if desired.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the blondies are set and a slight golden color is achieved.
  • Let cool in the pan before lifting out with parchment to cool completely on a wire rack.
