Equipment

  • Mini Muffin Tin
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Spatula
  • Peeler & Knife

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar

Filling

  • 4 cups apples peeled, cored & chopped
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2.25 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg

Topping

  • caramel sauce store-bought, for drizzling
  • flaky sea salt optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin generously.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until combined. Press about 1 tbsp into each muffin cup and shape along the sides.
  • Bake crusts for 5–6 minutes, then let cool slightly.
  • In another bowl, toss chopped apples with granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Let rest 5 minutes.
  • Spoon apple mixture into each crust, gently pressing down and leaving a little space at the top.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, until apples are soft and filling is bubbling. Loosely cover with foil if crust darkens too quickly.
  • Cool for 10 minutes. Carefully remove from tin and drizzle with warm caramel. Sprinkle sea salt if desired.

Notes

Chop apples finely, use firm varieties, and pre-bake crust for best results. Store bites airtight and drizzle caramel just before serving.
