Ingredients
  

Dip Base

  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce

  • 4 oz Cool Whip or Truwhip thawed

Instructions

  • Drizzle with 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, then sprinkle chopped peanuts and mini chocolate chips on top.
