  • 3 tbsp water moisture for the brownie mix

Cheesecake Topping Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese creates a creamy, tangy topping
  • 1/3 cup sugar sweetens the cheesecake layer
  • 1 egg egg additional egg to bind the cream cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, oil, and two eggs. Mix until the batter is smooth.
  • Spread the brownie batter into a 9x9-inch baking pan.

Cheesecake Layer

  • In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and one egg until smooth and creamy.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter.
  • Using a knife or a skewer, gently swirl the cheesecake mixture into the brownie batter.

Baking

  • Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 22–25 minutes.
  • Allow them to cool in the pan, then cut into squares.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth mixture. Avoid overmixing the brownie batter.
