Ingredients
  

For the Bouquet

  • 1 pint Fresh strawberries (cleaned) Moist and sweet
  • 16 oz White melting chocolate (or white chocolate chips) Creamy and sweet
  • Few drops Red food coloring (optional) For pink color enhancement
  • 1 dozen Fresh roses For bouquet arrangement
  • 1 pack Bamboo skewers For support
  • 1 roll Craft paper and ribbon For wrapping, decorative

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Clean the strawberries thoroughly under cool water, then pat dry with paper towels.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals of 20 to 30 seconds, stirring in between.
  • If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring to the melted chocolate and stir gently.
  • Insert a bamboo skewer into the stem end of each strawberry.
  • Dip each strawberry into the melted white chocolate until fully coated, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Place coated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow chocolate to set.

Assembly

  • Trim the stems of the fresh roses to a uniform length.
  • Arrange strawberries and roses together for an appealing presentation.
  • Wrap the base of the bouquet with craft paper and secure it with ribbon.

Notes

Use room temperature strawberries for better chocolate adherence. Cool melted chocolate slightly before dipping.
