Instructions
Preparation
Clean the strawberries thoroughly under cool water, then pat dry with paper towels.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals of 20 to 30 seconds, stirring in between.
If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring to the melted chocolate and stir gently.
Insert a bamboo skewer into the stem end of each strawberry.
Dip each strawberry into the melted white chocolate until fully coated, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
Place coated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow chocolate to set.
Assembly
Trim the stems of the fresh roses to a uniform length.
Arrange strawberries and roses together for an appealing presentation.
Wrap the base of the bouquet with craft paper and secure it with ribbon.
Notes
Use room temperature strawberries for better chocolate adherence. Cool melted chocolate slightly before dipping.
