Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed) Light and airy texture
  • 1 4 oz Instant chocolate pudding mix Adds rich chocolate flavor
  • 1 lb Chopped strawberries Fresh and juicy (approx. 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips For a sweet, chocolatey richness
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil Helps achieve smooth melting chocolate

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by placing the thawed Cool Whip into a mixing bowl. Use a spatula or whisk to gently smooth it out until it’s free of any lumps.
  • Add the Instant chocolate pudding mix to the bowl. Carefully sprinkle the pudding mix over the top and fold it into the whipped topping gently until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Prepare your chopped strawberries by washing them and removing the stems. Chop them into bite-sized pieces, then gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl with vegetable oil. Heat in short bursts, stirring in between, until completely melted.
  • Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before folding it into the mixture, ensuring an even distribution.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly and create a smooth surface for presentation. You can enjoy it right away or chill in the refrigerator.

Notes

Thaw Cool Whip completely for best texture. Mix gently to maintain fluffiness. Use fresh strawberries for optimal flavor. Adjust chocolate richness as desired.
