  • Wash the raspberries gently under cool running water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, place the dark chocolate. Heat it in the microwave at 50% power for 1 minute.
  • Stir the chocolate and return it to the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals while stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  • Carefully dip the bottom two-thirds of each raspberry into the melted chocolate.
  • Set the dipped raspberries on a parchment or wax paper-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  • Refrigerate the dipped raspberries until the chocolate firms up.

Notes

Use fresh raspberries for the best flavor. Ensure they are completely dry before dipping in chocolate for better adherence. Stir frequently while melting chocolate to avoid scorching.
