Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites from the yolks carefully.

  • In a separate bowl, add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture into serving cups, filling them about three-quarters full, and top with fresh blueberries.

Baking

  • Bake the dessert cups in the preheated oven until set and lightly browned on top, about 20-25 minutes.
