Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Add 1 cup of cottage cheese to the bowl. If chunky, use a whisk or electric mixer to smooth it out.

  • Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and mix until well blended.

  • Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and mix to evenly distribute.
  • Transfer the mixture to a storage container. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
