Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups Unsalted Butter for moisture and richness
  • 1 cups White Chocolate Chips for sweetness and creaminess
  • 1 cups Granulated Sugar for sweetness and structure
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract for flavor
  • 2 large Eggs for binding and moisture
  • 1.25 cups All-Purpose Flour for structure
  • 1 pinch Salt to enhance flavor
  • 1 cups Fresh Blueberries for freshness and tartness

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by melting the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once melted, add the white chocolate chips and whisk until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) while the butter-chocolate mixture cools. Prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled butter and white chocolate mixture with granulated sugar. Add vanilla extract and eggs, whisking until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt until just combined, ensuring you do not see dry flour.
  • Fold in the fresh blueberries gently, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, until golden brown on top.
  • Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper and placing them on a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store leftovers at room temperature for 1-2 days or refrigerate for longer shelf life. These blondies can also be warmed for a delightful treat.
