  • Hand Mixer
  • Spatula
  • Serving Dish

Ingredients

Dip Base

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar lightly packed
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits or finely chopped nuts

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the cream cheese mixture and gently spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle toffee bits or chopped nuts on top right before serving.
  • Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels.

Notes

To keep the topping crunchy, add it just before serving. Tart apples like Granny Smith pair best with the sweet dip. Store in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Not freezer-friendly.
