Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.33 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.66 cup caramel dip warmed slightly
  • 2 tbsp toffee bits
  • 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • fresh apples sliced, for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  • Warm caramel dip in microwave until pourable (not hot).
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of your serving dish.
  • Pour and spread warm caramel over the cream cheese layer.
  • Sprinkle toffee bits, chopped peanuts, and walnuts on top.
  • Serve immediately with fresh apple slices.

Notes

Toss apple slices in lemon water to prevent browning. Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
