Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
Warm caramel dip in microwave until pourable (not hot).
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of your serving dish.
Pour and spread warm caramel over the cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle toffee bits, chopped peanuts, and walnuts on top.
Serve immediately with fresh apple slices.
Notes
Toss apple slices in lemon water to prevent browning. Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
