Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lb 93/7 lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced or grated
  • 2 tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 12 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the ground turkey, finely diced or grated onion, Greek seasoning, eggs, breadcrumbs, thawed spinach, crumbled feta, and olive oil.
  • Form the mixture into balls that are roughly 2 inches in diameter, aiming for about 24 to 26 meatballs.
  • Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet, ensuring enough space between each one.

Cooking

  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes

Don’t overmix the meat to keep them tender. Space the meatballs on the baking sheet for even cooking and use a thermometer to check doneness. If they dry out, add a splash of broth.
