  • Crack the large egg into the bowl with your peanut butter and sugar mixture. Stir well to incorporate the egg fully.
  • If you choose to include them, fold in the ½ cup of chocolate chips into the dough.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to the appropriate temperature. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper if you prefer.
