Ingredients
  

Wet Mixture

  • 1/2 cup Sweetener Monk fruit, stevia, or erythritol
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Full-fat recommended
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Chocolate 60% cacao, melted

Dry Ingredients & Additions

  • 3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Milk Any unsweetened kind
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Optional, sugar-free

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy lifting.
  • Melt the chopped chocolate in the microwave in short bursts. Let cool slightly, then whisk in sweetener and Greek yogurt until glossy.
  • In the same bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Stir until just combined. Add milk and stir again until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips if using. The batter will be thick — this is normal.
  • Spread the batter into the pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out and cool fully on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for best texture. Do not overbake — check early for doneness. Cool completely before slicing to avoid crumbling.
