  • 12 oz little smokies cocktail sausages or mini beef franks Savory flavor
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning Adds flavor complexity
  • 1 each egg, mixed with 1 tablespoon water For egg wash, provides shine

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface.
  • Cut the dough into triangles as indicated on the packaging.
  • Place a little smokie at the wide end of each dough triangle.
  • Roll the dough around the sausage, starting from the wide end and moving toward the point.
  • Arrange the prepared sausage rolls on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Whisk together the egg and water in a small bowl to create the egg wash.
  • Brush the egg wash over the tops of the rolls.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over the tops of the rolls.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
