  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping Cool Whip or similar, creates a light and airy texture
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows adds softness and sweetness

  • 1 cup chopped pecans adds a crunchy texture
  • ½ cup sour cream adds creaminess and tang
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract enhances overall flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by draining the sliced peaches and crushed pineapple well, ensuring that no excess liquid remains.
  • Chop the peaches into smaller pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped peaches, crushed pineapple, and the instant vanilla pudding mix.
  • Fold in the whipped topping into the fruit and pudding mixture.
  • Add the mini marshmallows, sweetened shredded coconut, chopped pecans, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir gently until everything is well combined.
  • Prepare the 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  • Scoop the filling mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.

Chilling & Serving

  • Place the dish into the refrigerator for at least four hours.
  • Once chilled, cut the mixture into bars of your desired size.
  • Serve these bars chilled, either on their own or with whipped cream.

Notes

Ensure that both the peaches and pineapple are well-drained. Use cold ingredients, especially the whipped topping, for the best texture.
