Ingredients
  

For the Mixture

  • 6 tablespoons butter Adds moisture and richness.
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows First addition for melting.
  • 8.25 cups Golden Grahams cereal Gives crunch and flavor.
  • ½ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips First addition for sweetness.

Topping

  • 11 ounces mini marshmallows Second addition for topping.
  • ¼ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips Second addition for topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring gently to avoid browning.
  • Add 10 ounces of mini marshmallows to the melted butter, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in 8.25 cups of Golden Grahams cereal until evenly coated.
  • Fold in ½ cup of mini chocolate chips gently to mix.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, pressing it firmly and evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 11 ounces of mini marshmallows and ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips on top.
  • Allow cooling at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Cut into squares or rectangles and serve or store.

Notes

Press the mixture firmly into the dish for better structure and allow adequate cooling before cutting.
