Preparation

  • Gradually incorporate the cornstarch into the yogurt and egg mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • If using sugar, add it now and mix until dissolved.
  • Preheat your oven and prepare your baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top gently with a spatula.
  • Bake until the cake turns light golden and springs back when lightly pressed.
  • Allow the cake to cool slightly in the pan before transferring it to a cooling rack.
