Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the egg whites and chocolate protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the applesauce and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Gradually incorporate the unsweetened cocoa powder, stirring consistently.
  • Mix in the powdered peanut butter until evenly distributed.
  • Add the creamy peanut butter and ensure the batter is smooth.
  • Fold in dark chocolate chips if desired.
  • Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.

Baking

  • Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake until the top is firm and slightly glossy.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and let the brownies cool before slicing.

Notes
