Ingredients
  

Brownie Layer

  • 18 oz brownie mix plus box ingredients (eggs, oil, water)

Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip

Oreo Layer & Toppings

  • 22 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 0.25 cup chocolate sauce optional, for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven according to brownie mix instructions. Prepare and bake brownies in a 9×13-inch pan. Cool completely.
  • In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  • Crush Oreo cookies using a rolling pin or food processor, leaving some chunks for texture.
  • Cut cooled brownies into small squares. In a trifle dish, layer: brownie pieces, cheesecake mixture, and crushed Oreos. Repeat layers and end with Oreo topping.
  • Cover and refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours so flavors can meld.
  • Before serving, drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Great for making ahead and chilling overnight. For individual servings, assemble in mini jars or dessert cups. Not recommended for freezing due to cream cheese and whipped topping layers.
