Preparation

  • Start by measuring 1 cup of peanut butter into a mixing bowl. Use a sturdy spoon or spatula to ensure the peanut butter is smooth and easy to combine.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of honey and mix gently at first to incorporate it into the peanut butter, then continue stirring until smooth.
  • Add 1 cup of oats to the bowl and stir thoroughly until the oats are well-combined with the mixture.

Chilling

  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Spoon tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the treats chill for about 30 minutes, or until they firm up.

Serving

Notes

Ensure peanut butter is at room temperature for easier mixing. For a firmer treat, increase the oat amount by a little. Store in an airtight container.
