  • 2/3 cup granulated erythritol or regular sugar sweetens the brownies

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to the right temperature.

  • In a separate bowl, combine the melted coconut oil or butter with the sugar or erythritol.
  • Add the eggs or flax eggs to the wet mixture, followed by the vanilla extract, and mix thoroughly.
  • Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into a prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and watch for signs of doneness.
