Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by preheating your oven to the appropriate temperature and preparing your baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol or your chosen keto sweetener. Stir them together until you have a uniform mixture.
  • Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix well until the mixture resembles a thick paste.
  • Incorporate the eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and mix until it’s fully combined.
  • Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Cheesecake Layer

  • In a separate bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream with the remaining erythritol or keto sweetener until smooth.
  • Mix in the teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Dollop the cheesecake mixture on top of the brownie batter and gently swirl it into the brownie base using a knife or a spatula.

Baking

  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for the recommended time.
