Preparation of Cream Layer

Preparation of Pudding Layer

  • In another bowl, whisk together the instant lemon pudding mix and the whole milk until thickened and smooth.

Mixing Cream Cheese

  • In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the room temperature cream cheese until smooth.

Combine Layers

  • Gradually fold the lemon pudding mixture into the whipped cream and cream cheese, mixing gently until fully combined.

Assembling the Trifle

  • Begin assembling the trifle by placing a layer of cubed angel food cake in the bottom of your trifle dish.
  • Next, add a layer of the lemon pudding mixture over the cubed cake.
  • Sprinkle a layer of fresh blueberries over the pudding.
