Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and white granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and the egg, mixing until well combined.
  • Stir in the lime juice and lime zest until evenly distributed.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the unbleached flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop out portions of dough and place them onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Baking
