Preparation

  • Line an 8×8 straight-sided baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick baker’s spray.

Melting Mixture

  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter, peanut butter, and butterscotch chips together until smooth.
  • Stir frequently until the mixture is entirely melted and silky.

Combining Ingredients

  • Stir in the vanilla extract and let cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, add mini marshmallows and pour the peanut butter mixture over them, folding gently until coated.

Setting

  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, spreading it into an even layer.
  • Chill for 1 ½ to 2 hours until firm.
  • Lift out using the parchment paper and slice into 16 squares.
