Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to a temperature suitable for roasting.
  • Gather all your ingredients for smoother preparation.
  • Using a sharp knife, make deep, evenly spaced cuts along the length of the kielbasa, about three-quarters deep.
  • In a small bowl, combine mustard and mayonnaise until well blended.
  • Generously fill the slits in the kielbasa with the mustard-mayo mixture.
  • If desired, sprinkle optional seasonings over the top of the filled kielbasa.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top of the kielbasa, if using.

Cooking

  • Place the prepared kielbasa on a baking sheet and bake until heated through and starting to brown, checking frequently.
