Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreo cookies with cream centers
  • 8 oz cream cheese brick-style, softened
  • 16 oz chocolate semi-sweet, milk, or white, melted

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Crush Oreos in a food processor or blender until fine crumbs form. Reserve a few tablespoons for garnish if desired.
  • In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs and softened cream cheese until a thick dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-tbsp sized balls and place on baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate using a fork or skewer. Let excess drip off, then return to baking sheet. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos if desired.
  • Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes or until chocolate is set. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Notes

Use brick cream cheese for best texture. Store Oreo Balls chilled and experiment with different Oreo flavors for variety.
