  • Press the crumbly mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  • Arrange the thinly sliced peaches evenly over the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the creamy filling over the arranged slices of peach.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg (if using), fine sea salt, and melted butter until it resembles a crumbly streusel.
