  • Begin by placing the softened butter into a mixing bowl. Cream the butter until it becomes smooth and well-blended.
  • Add in the packet of Starbucks French Roast Instant Coffee or the measured out two tablespoons. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Pour in the vanilla extract and blend until everything is combined smoothly.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar in increments, mixing on low speed until fully integrated.
  • If the frosting is too thick, drizzle in the milk gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the frosting and adjust the balance of coffee or vanilla if necessary, based on personal preference.

Notes

Ensure the butter is slightly softened and not melted. Sift the powdered sugar before adding to avoid lumps. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
