  • Place the egg whites in a mixing bowl. Ensure they are at room temperature, which helps them whip better.
  • Start mixing at low speed until the egg whites become frothy.
  • Gradually increase the mixer speed and continue to beat until soft peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the unsalted butter and sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
  • Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the fluffy butter and sugar mixture.
  • Add a tiny pinch of salt and the vanilla extract. Mix gently until fully incorporated.
  • Incorporate the Nutella, mixing just until combined, without overmixing.
