Preparation

  • Melt the salted butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring gently until fully melted.
  • Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until melted into a smooth mixture.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the protein powder and milk until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the Rice Krispies until fully coated in the marshmallow mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and press down firmly to create an even layer.
  • Allow the mixture to cool completely in the pan at room temperature.

Notes

For best results, ensure butter is fully melted and cool completely before cutting. Variations include adding chocolate chips or nuts.
