Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375° and prepare a baking dish by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to prepare the crumb topping.
  • Cut the chilled butter into the dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Stir in ¼ cup of walnuts into the topping mixture.
  • In a large bowl, combine the raspberries, ¼ cup granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and 1 cup chopped walnuts for the filling.
  • Allow the raspberry mixture to sit for about 5 minutes.

Baking

  • Pour the raspberry mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the raspberry filling.
  • Bake the dish uncovered for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let the crumble cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes
