Preparing the Cheesecake Layer

  • While the brownies cool, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until it’s smooth and creamy. Slowly incorporate the powdered sugar and vanilla extract into the cream cheese, mixing until everything is well combined and there are no lumps left.
