Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine the sourdough starter, eggs, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Use a whisk to blend until smooth.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter, letting it melt and coat the surface.
  • Pour pancake batter onto the skillet in desired sizes. Wait for bubbles to form on the surface.
  • Carefully flip the pancakes once edges look set. Cook until light golden brown on the other side.
  • Transfer cooked pancakes to a warm plate and repeat with remaining batter, adding butter each time to prevent sticking.
