Starbucks Cake Pop

Ingredients
  

Cake Base

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix Plus ingredients indicated on the cake mix box.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Coating and Decoration

  • 12 oz light pink color melts
  • 24 pieces lollipop sticks
  • as needed as needed white nonpareils sprinkles For decoration.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to the instructions on the box, then bake it in a greased pan until golden.
  • Once the cake has cooled completely, crumble it into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Coating

  • Melt the light pink color melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in between to avoid overheating.
  • Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted coating before inserting it into a cake ball.
  • Coat each cake ball with the melted pink color melts, tapping off excess for a smooth appearance.
  • While the coating is wet, sprinkle white nonpareils on top of each cake pop.
  • Stand the cake pops in a foam block or cup filled with rice to set.

Finishing Touches

  • Allow the cake pops to sit at room temperature until coating hardens, around 30 minutes.
  • Once set, serve the cake pops on a decorative plate or container.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. For room temperature storage, they remain fresh for up to three days.
