Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes brownie mix plus required ingredients like eggs, oil, and water
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding 3.9–4 oz each
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 cups cold milk for pudding mix
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries sliced and chopped, reserve a few for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bake the brownie mix according to package instructions in two 9×13 pans lined with parchment. Cool completely and cut into 1-inch squares.
  • Whisk together pudding mix and cold milk in a large bowl until thick. Fold in Cool Whip gently until creamy. Chill while preparing other layers.
  • Slice most of the strawberries and chop a few for layering. Reserve a few whole ones for garnish.
  • In a trifle bowl, layer brownie squares, chocolate cream, and strawberries. Line the sides with strawberry slices for a decorative effect. Repeat until the bowl is full.
  • Finish with a top layer of chocolate cream and decorate with brownie crumbles and whole strawberries. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use boxed brownies for ease or your favorite homemade recipe. Cool brownies fully before cutting to prevent crumbling. Layer carefully for the prettiest presentation, and chill well to let the dessert set.
