Ingredients
  

Yogurt Mixture

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt thick and creamy
  • 1 Tbsp instant pudding mix vanilla or cheesecake flavor
  • 0.5 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
