Chocolate

  • 1 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips Provides sweet chocolate flavor

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a cookie sheet for nonstick.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and both sugar alternatives.
  • Stir in the dry mixture until just blended.
  • Incorporate the eggs and the vanilla extract.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until they begin to brown.
  • Allow them to cool on a baking rack.

Notes
