Ingredients
  

  • 1 box sugar-free cake mix any flavor
  • 1 tub sugar-free whipped topping softened, like Cool Whip
  • 1 egg optional, for chewy texture
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
  • Whisk cake mix in a bowl to remove lumps. Add whipped topping and egg (if using). Stir until just combined. Dough will be sticky.
  • If dough is too sticky, chill for 10–15 minutes.
  • Scoop dough into small balls and roll each in powdered sugar.
  • Place cookies 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until tops are crinkled and edges slightly golden.
  • Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

These cookies are a fun twist on classic crinkle cookies. You can skip rolling in powdered sugar if you prefer less sweetness.
