  • 1 packet sugar free strawberry jello mix
  • 1 container sugar free cool whip or light cool whip, thawed
  • 0.75 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup ice water 1 cup cold water with ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Boil ¾ cup of water and pour into a mixing bowl. Whisk in the strawberry jello mix until completely dissolved — about 2 minutes.
  • Step 2: Prepare 1 cup of ice water (ice + cold water) and whisk into the warm jello until fully cooled. Remove any unmelted ice cubes.
  • Step 3: Gently whisk in the thawed cool whip until the mixture is smooth and evenly pink. This should take 2–3 minutes.
  • Step 4: Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 10 minutes, then spoon into individual jars, cups, or a serving bowl.
  • Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. Serve cold and enjoy!
