Preparation

  • Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it thinly using a sharp knife. Set aside on a paper towel.

Assembling the Sandwiches

  • Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on a slice of bread.
  • Layer cucumber slices over the cream cheese spread.
  • Top with another slice of bread, pressing gently.
  • Cut the sandwiches into quarters or halves before serving.
