  • 1 box brownie mix plus required eggs, oil, and water
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips for coating
  • sprinkles or crushed nuts optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bake the brownies according to package instructions and let them cool completely.
  • Crumble the brownies into fine crumbs using a fork or your hands.
  • Mix in the chocolate frosting until fully combined. The texture should resemble thick dough.
  • Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled truffle into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on baking sheet.
  • Garnish with sprinkles or nuts while coating is still soft.
  • Chill in the fridge until chocolate is fully set.
