Baking Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line the baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, until the mixture is glossy.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract until fully blended.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet batter, mixing gently until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes. Use a toothpick to check doneness it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
