  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder or cacao powder for extra depth

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Let cool to room temperature.
  • In a food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until smooth, glossy, and fully incorporated. Avoid overmixing.
  • Taste and adjust by adding more cocoa powder or sweetener if needed.
  • Spoon mousse into bowls or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for a thicker, creamier texture.
  • Top with whipped cream, fruit, or shaved chocolate and serve chilled.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut or almond Greek-style yogurt and dairy-free chocolate chips. You can also stir in a splash of vanilla extract or maple syrup to taste before chilling.
