Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated Splenda. Use an electric mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the peanut butter to the cream cheese mixture and blend until fully combined and uniform in consistency.
  • Gently fold in the sugar-free Cool Whip using a spatula, maintaining the fluffy texture.

Assembly

  • Transfer the mixture into a pie dish, spreading it evenly to form the filling.
  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to set.
  • Once chilled, drizzle the sugar-free chocolate syrup over the top.
  • Sprinkle the crushed peanut butter cups on top as the final garnish.

Notes
