  • 0.5 cups heavy cream or heavy whipping cream Adds creaminess

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and the room-temperature unsalted butter. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes on medium speed.
  • Gradually add in the confectioners' sugar, mixing well after each addition until fully incorporated.
  • Pour in the pure vanilla extract and Kosher salt, mixing until evenly combined.
  • Slowly add the heavy cream while mixing on low speed until smooth and spreadable.
  • Check the flavor and texture, adjusting salt or sugar as needed.
  • Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl so that all ingredients are fully integrated.

Notes

Make sure the butter is at room temperature for best results. Use a sifter for the confectioners' sugar to prevent lumps. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
